About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support end-to-end hiring activities for FDE School’s programs and internal roles. This internship role is on-site and based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinating interviews.
- Maintaining candidate databases.
- Assisting with recruitment communication.
- Strengthening employer branding by drafting job postings.
- Supporting social media presence.
- Engaging with prospective learners and applicants.
- Collaborating with the talent team and program leads to ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely hiring decisions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across the hiring process.
- Skills in Interviewing and Hiring to support assessment, coordination of interviews, and selection activities.
- Skills in Employer Branding to help craft job descriptions, support outreach campaigns, and represent FDE School professionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
