Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and posting job openings.
• Review and screen resumes.
• Connect with candidates via calls and preliminary telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, interview feedback, and hiring reports.
• Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets for managing recruitment data, maintaining trackers, and preparing reports.
