About the Studio
Vidhitsa Design Studio is a design-forward interior design and architecture practice based in Sector 27, Gurugram, specializing in luxury residential, commercial, and retail projects.
About the Role
A hands-on, end-to-end role across all project phases — from concept and sketch design through detailed documentation and execution. You will work directly with the Studio Directors and project teams across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document design through AutoCAD drawings, mood boards, material palettes, and presentations
- Apply international ergonomic and anthropometric standards to all space planning and detailing
- Coordinate with the internal design team and manage deliverables across concurrent projects
- Liaise with consultants, vendors, and contractors where required
- Take ownership of key design stages and meet deadlines consistently
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Advanced AutoCAD proficiency — mandatory
Qualifications
- Degree/diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Strong understanding of design philosophy and principles
- Knowledge of FF&E and finish products for residential and commercial projects
- Portfolio demonstrating work across multiple phases and project types
- Self-motivated, collaborative, detail-oriented, resilient under pressure
