About the Role
Hill House is seeking Sales Associates to create personalized shopping experiences for customers at their store in Austin, TX. Positions are available for full-time and part-time employment, requiring a retail schedule that includes weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Build authentic connections with shoppers by answering questions and completing purchases.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and energize the team.
- Become a product expert to offer recommendations on fit, fabric, style, and gifts.
- Assist with daily stock checks and restocking the selling floor.
- Perform open and closeout procedures as needed.
- Ensure and maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual displays.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while utilizing exceptional customer service skills.
- Surprise and delight customers by exceeding expectations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Retail experience or service industry background, preferred.
- Self-motivated with exceptional communication and a motivational attitude.
- Passionate about customer experience.
- High degree of flexibility and initiative.
- Embraces a culture of learning and advocacy.
- Possesses lived experiences with people from different backgrounds and diverse teams.
- Estimated hourly compensation: $20+/Hour.
