About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer (React Native) role based in Delhi, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of mobile applications.
- Write clean, maintainable code.
- Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end services.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver new features.
- Debug and optimize existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
- Help improve development workflows.
- Stay current with mobile and JavaScript ecosystem trends.
- Support the continuous enhancement of Acrapath’s digital products.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with hands-on experience building production applications.
- Practical experience with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile UI frameworks, and RESTful API integration.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and applying OOP concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, communicate clearly, and take ownership of deliverables.
- Experience in building scalable consumer or enterprise mobile apps and interest in recruitment or HR tech is an advantage.
