Graduate Trainee - Content Creator

Location: Mumbai
Traineeship Tenure: 6 months (with possibility of full-time role post completion, based on performance)
Working Mode: 5 days working, from office (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
- Ideate: Brainstorm short-form video concepts and content angles for brand clients.
- Reference: Research trends, formats, and creators to shape creative direction.
- Shoot: Plan and shoot short-form video content on location and in-studio.
- Edit: Handle basic edits to turn raw footage into polished reels.
- Execute end-to-end: Coordinate reels from concept to final delivery, working with the team and clients.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable shooting on a camera or phone.
- Proficient in basic editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a strong interest in social media and short-form video.
- Experience with Instagram and understanding of what makes a reel effective.
- Being proactive and comfortable on camera is a plus point.
- Organized, proactive, and good at coordinating moving parts.
- A clear communicator who takes feedback well and learns fast.
Additional Preference
- A portfolio, reel, or social handle showcasing your work (personal projects count).
- Basic scripting or copywriting skills.
