About the Role

Punrjanam Collective, a sustainable fashion brand focused on thrift, redesign, upcycling, and conscious fashion, is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager / Creative Executive. This is a full-time, live-in opportunity at our residential studio in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Social media management
• Content creation
• Digital marketing
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Basic skills in graphic design, reels editing, photography
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva or Adobe applications
• Strong communication, storytelling, research, and creative thinking skills
• Ability to research trends
• Ability to take initiative
• Ability to turn ideas into engaging content
• Willingness to assist with photoshoots and campaigns
• Willingness to appear on camera when required
• Comfortable with a live-in, on-site arrangement

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in fashion, thrift, upcycling, redesign, and sustainability
• Prior experience of 6–12 months in social media, content creation, or a related field is preferred.
• Enthusiastic beginners with a strong portfolio may also apply.
