About the Role
We are looking for qualified Pharmacists to manage pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical product operations at Zepto Dark Stores. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, quality checks, order processing, storage, and dispatch while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Operations
- Receive pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products.
- Perform quality checks on received stock.
- Verify and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of products.
- Outbound Operations
- Pick medicines and other products according to customer orders.
- Ensure accurate picking and packing.
- Check product details, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
- Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
- Inventory Management
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Identify damaged, expired, and near-expiry products.
- Maintain proper inventory records.
- Handle customer returns as per company SOPs.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Follow pharmacy regulations and company SOPs.
- Maintain proper documentation and stock records.
- Ensure appropriate storage conditions for medicines.
- Support background verification and pharmacy licence documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm mandatory.
- Valid State Pharmacy Council registration/licence mandatory.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and inventory management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
- Comfortable handling both pharma and non-pharma operations.
Qualifications
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Valid Pharmacy Registration Certificate
- Experience in retail pharmacy / warehouse / e-commerce pharmacy is a plus.
- Willingness for immediate joining.
