About the Role
Globalease is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support day-to-day human resources operations and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced international organization. This role offers practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and workplace management within a professional business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, update HR-related information, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality through the HRIS system.
- Coordinate intern onboarding processes and provide support throughout the internship cycle.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and employee records.
- Support HR compliance activities and assist in communicating company policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, events, and workplace culture activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and analysing HR-related data for operational support.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRIS or HR software is a plus.
Internship Details
- Unpaid internship for 4 months with full-time learning exposure.
- Internship Certificate upon completion.
- Letter of Recommendation (LOR) on excellent performance.
- Paid extension or Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on outstanding performance.
- Real exposure to recruitment and talent management in an international consultancy setup.
