Professional Services Intern

About the Role

As a Professional Services Intern, you will gain insight into how Veeam builds and maintains long-term technical relationships with customers. You will support Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Enterprise Architects (EAs) in helping customers maximize the value of their data protection and resilience solutions. This role offers an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of customer success, technical relationship management, and enterprise IT environments.

What You'll Do

• Shadow TAMs during customer check-ins and business reviews to learn technical relationship management.
• Shadow Enterprise Architects to learn how to prepare and deliver customer engagements.
• Assist in preparing account summaries, meeting notes, and status reports for customer-facing meetings.
• Aid in tracking customer health metrics, open issues, and follow-up action items.
• Support the team in organizing documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal resources.
• Participate in internal training sessions to build foundational product and industry knowledge.
• Help identify trends across accounts that could benefit the broader Professional Services team.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Engineering teams on cross-functional projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A genuine interest in technology and customer relationships.
• Comfortable learning new tools and software quickly.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
• A collaborative, curious mindset — willing to ask questions and learn.

Qualifications

• No prior experience with Veeam products is required.
• No prior product experience required — training will be provided.

Program Details

• Internship Period: June – August 2027 (10-week program).
• Location: Hybrid in the Alpharetta, Georgia office (2-3 days a week).
• Pay Range: $20 - $25 USD per hour.
