About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate/Academic Counsellor at PW (PhysicsWallah), located in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Guiding students and parents in choosing the right educational programs offered by PW based on their needs and aspirations.
- Identifying potential students.
- Providing detailed information about courses.
- Handling inquiries professionally.
- Building strong relationships to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Working closely with the sales and support teams to meet enrollment targets and deliver outstanding service.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer skills.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to understand and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Sales skills, including strategies for engaging potential customers, converting leads, and achieving enrollment targets.
- Knowledge of the education sector, particularly in test preparation, higher education, and skill development, is a plus.
- Problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
- Experience in sales, counselling, or education is an advantage.
