ERP Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to ERP systems.
• Support the implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with finance and accounting practices.
• Conduct testing and validation of ERP applications to ensure functionality and compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in financial closing processes and statutory audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of ERP systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance system performance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of ERP applications and support, particularly in finance and accounting.
• Experience with SAP and other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, financial closing, and statutory audit processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
