About the Role
The Member role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves collaborating with project leads and consultants to support Microsoft Dynamics solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Microsoft Dynamics solution delivery, including requirement gathering, configuration support, documentation, testing assistance, and ongoing maintenance tasks.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Prepare reports and status updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
- Learn and apply best practices for Microsoft ERP, CRM, and related technologies.
- Resolve basic issues under guidance.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain professional communication.
- Adhere to organizational standards.
- Actively engage in continuous learning and skill development.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational skills in Microsoft technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP, CRM, NAV, BC).
- Interest in BI and related tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of requirements.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail in documentation and testing.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.

- A relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is beneficial.

- Basic SQL or data concepts are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) is advantageous.
- A growth mindset is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to learn is strongly preferred.
- Openness to training and certification in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies is strongly preferred.
