About the Role
The Business & Operations Intern will support day-to-day business activities, including market and competitor research, data analysis, and preparation of business reports and presentations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with business planning.
- Track operational metrics.
- Help streamline internal processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to communication with founders and partners.
- Support customer-facing interactions as needed.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Comfort with basic data analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Foundational understanding of business and business planning to contribute to strategy and operational improvements.
- Effective Communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service mindset to support partner and client needs with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Interest in Web3, startups, and venture capital; willingness to learn about blockchain and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Chandigarh, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
