About the Role

The Internship Trainee role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, offering a combination of on-site work and work-from-home flexibility. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentoring, and exposure to healthcare-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with documentation, research, and coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Basic research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather, organize, and interpret information from multiple sources.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms).
• Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and work effectively in a hybrid environment with both independent and team-based tasks.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in life sciences, healthcare, media, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
• Interest in healthcare, medical content, or educational media, and the ability to maintain a professional and ethical approach to sensitive health topics is an advantage.
