Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and sales-oriented Patient Counsellor who can guide patients through their treatment journey. The role involves counselling first-time patients about doctor-recommended treatment plans, explaining treatment packages, addressing patient concerns, and converting consultations into treatment enrollments while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and ensure a comfortable and positive clinic experience.
• Assist patients with consultation forms and collect relevant medical history and concerns.
• Explain doctor-recommended treatment plans, procedures, benefits, timelines, and packages in simple language.
• Educate patients about treatment options, pricing, and expected outcomes.
• Counsel patients and recommend suitable treatment packages based on doctors' advice and patient requirements.
• Address patient queries, concerns, and objections with empathy and professionalism.
• Drive treatment package conversions and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients to improve conversions and retention.
• Build strong patient relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Coordinate with doctors, clinic operations, and support teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Maintain accurate patient records, counselling reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the finance team for billing, invoicing, and discount approvals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• HSC pass candidates with at least 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Graduates/Freshers can also be considered, provided they have excellent communication skills.
• Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, counselling, or healthcare will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Shift & Working Details

• Shift Duration: 8.5 hours.
• Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off.
• Shift Timings: Any shift between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Candidates must be flexible with shift timings.
• Work Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore.
