About the Role
The Intern Graphics Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The intern will support the design team by creating visual assets for digital and print media, including social media creatives, marketing materials, and internal communication collateral.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in logo design and branding projects.
- Prepare layouts.
- Select typography.
- Refine design elements based on feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
- Prepare files for production or development handoff.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas and improve visual quality.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graphics and graphic design foundational skills.
- Ability to translate concepts into clear visual communication.
- Experience or coursework in social media creative design and branding.
- Knowledge of typography, including font selection and layout.
- Proficiency with common design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar.
- Basic understanding of digital design formats.
- Attention to detail.
- Openness to feedback.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and social media design best practices is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
