About the Role
The Information Technology Intern will support the day-to-day technical operations that keep Dailymattr’s digital platforms secure, reliable, and accessible. This full-time remote role involves assisting with network administration tasks, monitoring system performance, and identifying and resolving basic technical issues. The intern will help maintain network security configurations, support end users with troubleshooting requests, and document common problems and solutions. Working closely with the IT team, the intern will learn best practices in information technology management while contributing to smooth internal operations and a consistent user experience.

- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
