About the Role
- This is a temporary research internship to support faculty-led research activities.
- Work will be supervised by faculty.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with research experiments and data collection.
- Implement and test software prototypes.
- Analyze experimental results and document findings.
- Support preparation of technical reports and research artifacts.
- Collaborate closely with the faculty supervisor on assigned research tasks.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Background in programming and software development.
- Familiarity with Linux-based systems.
- Familiarity with basic software engineering concepts.
- Ability to work independently under faculty supervision.
- Ability to document technical work.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Desired: Coursework or hands-on experience in distributed systems, cloud computing, or data processing.
- Desired: Experience with Python and modern development frameworks.
- Desired: Exposure to machine learning, MLOps, or research-oriented software projects.
- Desired: Prior internship, academic research project, or relevant technical experience is a plus.
