Fashion Design & Founder's Office Intern

About the Role

Fashion Design & Founder’s Office Intern at PeakPals. This is a fashion design internship where you will also gain insight into building an entire business. You will work directly with the founder, contributing to design and product decisions, and observing the behind-the-scenes processes of brand building.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, Sketch & Design:
• Develop original fashion illustrations, hand sketches, and watercolour concepts.
• Build moodboards, explore silhouettes, and translate creative references into design ideas.
• Contribute to apparel development, design iterations, and product sampling.
• Research Like a Designer:
• Explore fabrics, garment construction, global brands, emerging trends, and unconventional design references.
• Research manufacturers, materials, competitors, and new product opportunities.
• Turn research into actionable insights that influence business and design decisions.
• Get Inside the Founder’s Office:
• Work directly with the founder on high-priority projects across the business.
• Participate in hiring, candidate research, coordination, and team-building tasks.
• Help solve problems spanning product development, operations, marketing, and business strategy.
• Take ownership of projects that don't fit neatly into a conventional job description.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Mandatory: Strong hand sketching and watercolour skills.
• Mandatory: A portfolio showcasing sketches and watercolour work.
• Students or graduates in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
• Curiosity about the process of clothing development from idea to finished product.
• Proactive researcher who notices details, asks questions, and finds solutions.
• Comfort switching between creative work and business execution.
• Initiative to figure things out.

Location: Noida (Hybrid preferred)
