About the Role
PassionForge Minds is an online education platform providing personalized, one-on-one live tutoring to K–12 students across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other international markets. We are looking for passionate and dedicated part-time tutors to join our growing team and help students build strong academic foundations, develop critical thinking skills, and achieve their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, personalized online classes for K–12 students.
- Explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to individual learning needs.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with the academic team regarding student performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation in a relevant subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with school-age students.
- Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to commit approximately 3 hours per day.
