About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. The role primarily involves scheduling service appointments, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from Canadian clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate service appointments for products.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues over calls and emails.
• Accurately update customer information, service requests, and case details in Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate with field technicians and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Follow up with customers regarding service status, appointments, and issue resolution.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.
• Meet established service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately in Salesforce.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling Canadian clients through an international voice process.

Shift timing: Rotational shift (2 days off in a week), Only Night Shifts

Salary range: up to 5 LPA
