About the Role
Seeking a professional individual with the ability to provide a high level of customer service for an eCommerce business. This role requires a self-motivated, high energy, focused, and professional individual willing to apply themselves and grow with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Being available to customers via Call/Whatsapp/Chat/Email from 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Understanding the business and products offered and representing the business to clients.
- Handling queries from different platforms like our website, Amazon, etc.
- Coordinating with courier companies for on-time shipment delivery.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience of e-commerce and websites like Shopify and Shiprocket.
- Ability to perform many different tasks while remaining focused on the customer.
