Associate Analyst

About the Role

The Associate Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the team member will collect, organize, and review data from internal and client sources to support business decisions and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and dashboards.
• Validate data accuracy.
• Perform basic analysis to identify trends or issues.
• Document findings for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and other team members.
• Respond to information requests.
• Help improve processes and data workflows.
• Ensure consistent attention to detail, clear communication, and adherence to defined timelines and quality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
• Comfort working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with basic reporting, documentation, and presentation preparation.
• Exposure to BI or analytics tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Hyderabad and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new processes and technologies, and follow established policies and compliance guidelines.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in analysis, operations, or business support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
