About the Role
We are looking for Sales & Marketing Interns who want to learn by working directly in the market. This is a hands-on, field-oriented role where you will interact with local businesses, generate and follow up on leads, support seller onboarding, participate in local marketing activities and help businesses understand digital commerce opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and engage with local shop owners and businesses
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective sellers
- Support seller onboarding and activation
- Participate in local marketing and customer-awareness campaigns
- Maintain daily activity and follow-up records
- Share practical market feedback with the team
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable with field work and local travel
- Good communication in Hindi and/or Marathi, with functional English
- Disciplined with follow-ups and willing to work toward clearly defined targets
- Available to work across the Mira Road to Andheri belt
Qualifications
- Students, freshers and recent graduates
- Previous sales experience is not mandatory.
