Store Sales Graduate Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee – Store Sales to join the Godrej Interio team at Mulund, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, understanding their furniture requirements, explaining product features, and supporting sales activities at the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their furniture and home interior requirements.
• Explain Godrej Interio products, features, specifications, pricing, and ongoing offers.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture and interior solutions.
• Generate sales leads and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and installation.
• Maintain customer records and update sales information.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is presentable.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Willingness to work at the Mulund, Mumbai location.

Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate (Full-Time, Regular).
• Academic Criteria:
• Minimum 60% in SSC (10th).
• Minimum 60% in HSC (12th).
• Minimum 60% in graduation/pursuing graduation, with at least 60% in the final examination.
• Year of Passing: Candidates who passed out in June/July 2025 or are final-year students graduating by June/July 2026.
• Academic Gaps: No academic gaps, except a one-year gap between 12th and UG for entrance exam preparation.
• Backlogs: No active backlogs.

Remuneration and Training

During Training:

• Role: Graduate Trainee
• Stipend: 27,000 per month
• Training: Structured training with regular performance reviews.

Post Successful Completion of Training and Absorption:

• Designation: Assistant Executive
• Fixed Salary: 5.12 LPA
• Variable Pay: Individual performance-linked variable pay of up to 30% of annual CTC, along with business performance-linked variable pay.
• Total Compensation: 5.12 LPA fixed salary + applicable variable pay.
