Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data validation across multiple systems.
- Work closely with Data Engineering teams on data models, source-to-target mappings, and business rules.
- Design and validate analytical solutions using Kyvos OLAP cubes and Power BI dashboards.
- Create functional documentation, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and test scenarios.
- Support UAT activities, defect tracking, and production deployments.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Kyvos
- Power BI (including DAX, dashboards, and reporting)
- SQL (for data analysis and validation)
- Data Warehousing
- Data Modeling
- BI concepts
- Agile/Scrum methodology
Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Kyvos.
- Strong experience with Power BI.
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and BI concepts.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
