About the Role
ROAR Education is seeking energetic and goal-driven individuals to join their EdTech team as a Senior Counselor (Online MBA).
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and understand their academic/career goals.
- Provide detailed information about UG/PG programs offered by leading universities.
- Manage and convert leads through consistent follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong enrollment pipeline.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Guide students in making informed education decisions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 6+ months of experience in EdTech sales (ONLINE DEGREE PROGRAMS).
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, persuasive selling, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Any bachelor’s degree.
Location: Noida (WFO)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Preference for immediate joiners.
