Logistics Consultant, Strategic Accounts

About the Role

A global logistics consultant supporting strategic accounts within the World Courier division. Responsible for account setup, maintaining workflows, ensuring compliance documentation, resolving orders, and implementing process improvements to maintain service continuity and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate account setup and maintenance workflows for accurate configuration and timely activation.
• Maintain approvals, documentation, and system records to ensure compliance and audit preparedness.
• Monitor account activity, escalate exceptions to safeguard service levels and order continuity.
• Resolve routine inquiries and service issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Develop reference materials and process guidance to enhance customer communication consistency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, procurement, operations, or related field.
• Less than 2 years experience in account onboarding, procurement, or service workflow coordination.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and efficient execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with business systems and computer applications.
• Stakeholder relationship management and independent problem-solving skills.
