About the Role

The Volunteer role at IM Motors Egypt is a full-time remote position supporting various dealership operations. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to automotive business operations while contributing meaningful support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with organizing digital records.
• Coordinating online customer communications.
• Supporting virtual marketing or outreach initiatives.
• Preparing reports.
• Updating databases.
• Contributing to online content that promotes the dealership’s services.
• Collaborating with different team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Participating in virtual meetings.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Digital tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., email, video conferencing, shared online workspaces).
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools).

Qualifications

• Ability to perform administrative and organizational tasks, such as maintaining records, updating spreadsheets, and handling basic documentation.
• Comfort with using digital tools and remote collaboration platforms.
• Strong communication skills, including clear written and spoken English, and professional customer interaction via online channels.
• Demonstrated reliability, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in the automotive industry or dealership operations and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
• Prior volunteer or internship experience in an office, customer service, or business environment is beneficial but not required.
