Engineering Intern

About the Role

This is a paid, full-time engineering internship based in Chennai for one month. You will work on real systems at Winsen Labs: building product, testing AI behaviour, improving internal tools, and solving the engineering problems that appear when AI moves beyond a demo. This is a hands-on role from the first day, working closely with the team, taking ownership of a defined problem, and leaving with something real that you built and can explain.

Prerequisite: you are AI native. You use coding agents as part of how you build, while still understanding and checking the code they produce.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve parts of our AI products and internal systems.
• Turn a loosely defined problem into working software.
• Test your work against real inputs, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Write clear code and document the decisions behind it.
• Present what you built and what you learned at the end of the month.
