About the Role
REnergo Developers Private Limited is hiring for the role of Business Development Team (Technical) intern.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the BD team in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather techno-commercial insights that support business strategies.
- Conduct current market research on mega solar projects and competitor analysis.
- Develop and offer technical solutions to meet project requirements.
- Support the preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product development, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Support the team in documentation and proposal preparation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and relevant field.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, particularly in electrical engineering.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to work and learning.
- Technical understanding of electrical and renewable energy systems, preferably in solar-based microgrid.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
