About the Role

Fitastic Digital Media is hiring Growth and Lead Generation Interns. This is an opportunity to work directly with the hiring manager, taking ownership of finding companies that need video content and initiating conversations.

Fitastic Digital Media is an embedded video team for software, healthcare, and finance companies, producing content such as explainers, product videos, expert content, social videos, and ongoing video campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Find companies that need great video content.
• Help initiate the right conversations with potential clients.
• Identify opportunities through various channels:
• LinkedIn
• Cold email
• Communities
• Partnerships
• Referrals
• Events
• Freelance platforms
• Creative methods
• Learn how to identify prospects, research companies, write outreach, follow up, understand client problems, and turn conversations into opportunities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to figure things out without waiting for detailed instructions.
• Comfort in starting conversations with strangers.
• Clear and natural writing skills.
• Ability to research a company properly before contacting them.
• Approach targets as a challenge.
• Quick learning from feedback.
• Consistency in outreach, even without immediate replies.
• Focus on results.
