About the Role
Build a career in recruiting while helping schools find the specialists their students need. Connected's Educational Services Division is hiring recruiters who are early in their careers and interested in education. You'll connect schools and districts with special education teachers, behavioral therapists, school therapists, school psychologists, and many more, while building skills in sales, relationship management, and negotiation. No recruiting, sales, or education experience is required. A hands-on, 90-day training program covers everything you need to know.
Connected's Educational Services Division specializes in nationwide staffing and recruitment for schools. Since launching in 2023, the division has grown into a national presence, placing professionals across special education, therapy, behavioral health, and school nursing. The mission is to give every school, from large districts to small charter schools, access to the professionals their students need, while helping those professionals find roles where they can thrive.
