About the Role

Work at the intersection of user research and AI-assisted product engineering:

• Understand user needs through interviews, feedback, and workflow analysis.
• Translate insights into user journeys, requirements, and feature priorities.
• Use AI tools to build prototypes, test ideas, and support product development.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to improve usability and measure outcomes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Curiosity about users, analytical thinking, and clear communication.
• Basic understanding of user research, product design, and software development.
• Interest in AI tools for research, prototyping, coding, and testing.
• Basic coding or projects built using AI tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• B.Tech graduates or graduates in Mathematics or Statistics.
