Key Responsibilities
- Create, configure, and launch campaigns.
- Monitor live campaigns for performance and health, identifying and resolving issues.
- Make configuration adjustments and optimizations.
- Collect, clean, structure, and align client data.
- Build and maintain the RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) knowledge base, ingesting, structuring, and validating source content.
- Build the integration sheet, mapping systems, fields, and data flows.
- Test integrations thoroughly before go-live.
- Execute campaign and system integrations.
- Run basic client onboarding: setup, configuration walkthroughs, and initial enablement.
- Ensure clients can successfully use the deployed solution and reach initial value.
- Produce and maintain client-facing and internal documentation, including configuration records, integration specifications, runbooks, and onboarding materials.
- Keep documentation current as deployments evolve.
- Test and quality-check every deployment before handoff.
- Track and reduce defects and rework, adhering to delivery standards and SLAs.
- Create and configure call scripts and conversation flows based on client requirements.
