Job Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Support in-process and final quality inspection of automotive components.
- Inspect components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Handle measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.
- Monitor product quality and identify manufacturing defects.
- Maintain daily inspection reports and quality records.
- Support rejection analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality departments.
- Follow quality procedures, SOPs, and inspection standards.
- Assist in maintaining quality documentation.
- Support 5S and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (B.A. / B.Com. / B.Sc. / BBA / BCA / B.E. / B.Tech).
- Willingness to learn quality inspection techniques.
- Interest in automotive components manufacturing.
