About the Role
The Associate Research Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the development of market insights and research content that strengthen PInterview’s coaching and consulting offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on management consulting recruitment trends.
- Analyze competitor platforms.
- Compile data-driven reports to inform product and content strategy.
- Gather and organize quantitative and qualitative data.
- Prepare summaries and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design of research-backed interview coaching materials.
- Collaborate with coaches, content creators, and leadership to ensure the platform’s services reflect current industry practices and meet user needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and a solid grounding in Statistics to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Market Research and Research skills to design studies, gather information from diverse sources, and evaluate industry trends.
- Excellent Communication skills to present findings clearly in written reports, dashboards, and discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with common research and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, survey tools, basic data visualization software).
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, social sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Interest in management consulting, recruitment processes, and career development services is highly beneficial.
- Prior internship or experience in research, consulting, or EdTech is an added advantage.
