About the Role
Chillymango is seeking proactive, creative, and execution-oriented interns to support creator acquisition, buyer growth, content, and community building.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant creators across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, UGC, tech, and other categories.
- Build creator databases and conduct outreach through Instagram DMs, email, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with creators and assist with onboarding.
- Research potential buyer communities and develop growth ideas.
- Support Instagram content, reels, stories, and marketing campaigns.
- Explore collaborations with colleges, communities, and micro-influencers.
- Research consumer behaviour, competitors, and resale trends.
- Track outreach, responses, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Share insights and contribute ideas for low-cost and creative growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Comfortable approaching new people and sending DMs/emails.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative.
- Creative with a good understanding of Instagram and creator culture.
- Interest in marketing, consumer psychology, and startups.
- Good organisation and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Preferred Backgrounds
- Marketing, Psychology, Business, Management, Mass Media, Advertising, Communications, Fashion/Beauty, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
This is a hands-on internship. Interns will be expected to actively research, communicate, experiment, follow up, maintain data, and contribute to Chillymango’s growth.
