About the Role

This is an Apprentice Program for 1 year, extendable subject to program norms & conditions, and convertible to an Employee position subject to performance & availability of roles. The role is located in IN-KA-Bangalore, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic job role functions with close supervision.
• Assist experienced employees by performing entry-level tasks.
• Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications.
• Perform basic problem-solving functions.
• Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements as applicable.
• Work in a real-time corporate environment and adapt the transition from college to corporate world.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 2026 Pass out, Fresh Graduates with 60% Aggregate.
• Technical Apprentice: MCA/MSc IT/BE/B.Tech (IT, CS, Electronics related streams only). Students awaiting final semester results are eligible if they have no backlogs and will provide a provisional degree certificate at the time of joining.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Express ideas with clarity.
• Demonstrate Logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Skill in prioritizing work and multi-tasking.
• Committed and willingness to learn, contribute, and grow.
• Process oriented and a good team player.
• Good to have: Knowledge on MS Office: Basic Excel & PPT.
• Programming knowledge like PL/SQL, SQL (For Technical Apprentice only).
• Programming knowledge like C, C++, Python.
• A basic understanding of microcontrollers or microprocessors/ Power electronics/FPGA.
• Thorough understanding of Lab equipment like DSO and Multimeters (For Electronic Engineering Apprentice Only).
