About the Role
Hardman Atelier is looking for a Design & Development Intern to join our team and assist in the development of our collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical flat sketches for garments (front and back views).
- Assist in preparing and organising garment tech packs.
- Conduct design research, trend studies, and reference sourcing.
- Assist with collection development and design documentation.
- Provide styling support for photoshoots, presentations, and events.
- Coordinate with the design team during the development process.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design tools.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and garment detailing.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Fashion Design.
- Basic knowledge of garment construction and menswear.
- Organised, attentive to detail, and willing to learn.
