About the Role

• Fixed Term Contract position for ML Data Associate-I.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on defined set of instructions to collect ground truth data for product development.
• Perform execution and report results accurately.
• Understand procedures and guidelines for new tasks/releases.
• Perform repetitive exercises based on dynamic instructions without compromising on quality.
• Use software tools for data capture and comply with organizational processes.
• Capture results, communicate and escalate failures, and provide individual status reports.
• Adhere to Productivity and Quality baselines.
• Raise all failures/doubts related to execution in the portal and close them as per SLAs.
• Own daily targets against internal and external dependencies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
• C1+ or equivalent fluency in English.
• Basic writing skills with ability to compose clear emails and simple business documents.
• Good reading comprehension and active listening abilities.
• Basic problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to follow multi-step instructions accurately.
• Basic research capabilities using common search tools.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional communication manner when interacting with others.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent diploma (May vary in other locations).
• Experience with basic data entry and documentation.
• Familiarity with common business software.
• 2+ years of previous internship or relevant work experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of business operations is preferred.
