About the Role

As a Volunteer at the TKH Group, you will support the on-site team in various areas of real estate and hospitality services. This full-time position is located exclusively on-site in Maharashtra, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with event organization.
• Supporting guest services.
• Accompanying community activities.
• Performing simple administrative tasks.
• Collaborating closely with different departments to smoothly implement projects and offers for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Strong social skills and enjoyment of interacting with people, particularly in the service and hospitality sector.
• High commitment, reliability, and the ability to undertake tasks independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills, structured working style, and interest in real estate and hospitality topics.
• Basic knowledge of English and willingness to adapt to an international work environment.
• Flexibility, willingness to learn, and openness to changing areas of responsibility.
• Initial practical experience in volunteering, service, or administration is advantageous.
