Software Analyst / Software Engineer – Fresher

Job Summary
We are looking for bright, analytical, and technically strong IIT graduates to join our team as Software Analysts. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, and a strong interest in software development, technology, and AI-driven products.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Understand software applications, product workflows, and system functionalities.
- Work closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Perform functional testing and identify software bugs or inconsistencies.
- Prepare technical documentation, requirement specifications, and process flows.
- Analyze data and application performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the development and enhancement of AI-powered software products.
- Participate in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and product optimization activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- B.Tech degree from an IIT (Mandatory).
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with SQL, databases, and software development fundamentals is preferred.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced product development environment.
