About the Role
Drybar Naperville is seeking a Sales Associate / Customer Service (Front Desk) to join their team. This role involves creating amazing guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment where customer service and sales are integrated.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with exceptional hospitality
- Schedule appointments and manage check-in/check-out
- Recommend memberships, products, and styling tools
- Help drive retail and membership sales
- Support the team in creating a seamless salon experience
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Friendly, positive, and outgoing
- Passionate about customer service
- Comfortable recommending products and memberships
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Retail, salon, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays per month.
- Opening Shifts: Tuesday | 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM
- Closing Shifts: Thursday, Friday, & Saturday | 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday Shifts: 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation
- Starting at $15.00/hour
- Commission on memberships, retail products, and hot tools
- Great earning potential with hourly pay + commission
