E-learning Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-learning Specialist to support the development, implementation, and management of digital learning programs. The ideal candidate will have an interest in educational technology, online learning platforms, and digital content development, with the ability to create engaging learning experiences and support effective training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and maintain digital learning materials, online courses, and educational resources.
• Support the design and implementation of e-learning programs based on training and learning objectives.
• Upload, manage, and update course content through learning management systems (LMS).
• Assist with creating interactive presentations, instructional materials, quizzes, and learning assessments.
• Coordinate online training sessions, webinars, and other virtual learning activities.
• Monitor learner participation, course progress, and completion rates.
• Provide technical and administrative support to learners and instructors using e-learning platforms.
• Review and update digital learning content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.
• Gather learner feedback and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of online training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and content developers to improve learning materials.
• Maintain records of course activities, learner performance, and training outcomes.
• Stay informed about emerging e-learning technologies, digital education trends, and instructional tools.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in e-learning, digital education, training coordination, or content development is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of learning management systems and online learning platforms.
• Familiarity with digital content creation, presentation tools, and multimedia learning resources.
• Good written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail when preparing and reviewing educational materials.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with trainers and team members.
• Basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn new digital tools, educational technologies, and instructional methods.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Applicants must currently reside in the UAE.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to reside and work in the UAE.
• Individuals holding Seeker Visas, Tourist Visas, Visit Visas, War Visas, Grace Period status, or Cancelled Visas are not eligible.
• Applicants must have a personal UAE bank account to receive salary payments.
• Previous professional experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
