Video Editor Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and dedicated Video Editor Intern who can help us create engaging video content for our social media channels, YouTube and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for editing short-form and long-form videos on a daily basis, transforming raw footage into engaging content that captures audience attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) on a daily basis.
• Edit long-form videos for YouTube and other platforms.
• Add subtitles, captions, transitions, background music, sound effects, and relevant visual elements.
• Create engaging hooks and ensure videos maintain audience attention.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency in editing style.
• Deliver videos within agreed timelines.
• Stay updated with trending video formats, editing styles, and social media trends.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic to good knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube video formats.
• Creativity and an eye for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and improve editing skills.
• A portfolio or sample editing work is preferred.
