Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Merchant.
• The Assistant Merchant will be responsible for supporting the Merchant team in managing product development and sourcing, and ensuring that products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating with sampling and production teams
• Tracking sample development timelines
• Following up on fabrics, trims, and approvals
• Maintaining order sheets and development trackers
• Assisting in buyer follow-ups and internal reporting
• Ensuring clear handovers between teams

• Graduates (Fashion / Business / Merchandising preferred)
• Highly organised and detail-oriented individuals
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking systems
• Problem-solvers who take ownership

This role requires discipline, urgency, and accountability. It is an operational and coordination role within a commercial fashion environment.
