HR Associate Partner, PNQ3 INFC

About the Role

The individual will implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. The candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem-solving, and organizing logistics. This role fosters a cooperative and communicative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement employee surveys and questionnaires; assist HRBPs with analysis and action planning.
• Responsible for onboarding and partnering with the recruitment team for associate hiring based on business forecasts.
• Partner with business leaders and support functions to maintain a motivated and engaged workforce.
• Implement new policies, procedures, and programs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and partner with the HR Business Partner on investigations.
• Provide MIS support for attrition analysis, including analyzing exit interviews, observing trends, highlighting important aspects, and preparing/publishing dashboards.
• Drive engagement initiatives such as New Hire Buddy/mentoring programs, Voice of Employee, Roundtables, Brown Bag sessions, and R&Rs.
• Partner with HRBPs to drive career pathing sessions/initiatives.
• Support the L&D team in conducting training needs assessments.
• Conduct regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.
• Responsible for statutory compliance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 6+ months of experience in human resources.
• 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Bachelor's degree.
