About the Role
The Jr. Contracts Administrator will support the full-cycle of contracts review, processing, execution, and overall management for all U.S. accounts and/or corporate documents as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Contracts Administrator in reviewing, processing, executing, and management of the full-cycle of customer contracts initiation, renewal, and/or amendments.
- Completing contract templates as necessary.
- Managing document version control.
- Internal and customer follow-up through completion of fully executed documents.
- Assist in reviewing, completing, and processing customer Request for Proposals.
- Maintain and management of Contract Tracker log.
- Contracts to manage include, but are not limited to:
- Customer pricing
- Customer Consignment
- HCP Consulting
- Grants
- Clinical trial contracts
- Research of potential Contracts Tracking Software for next-generation contracts management.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with corporate services field.
- Broad experience in corporate administrative processes.
- High School diploma.
Skills
- Understanding of corporate procedures and processes.
- Efficient and accurate processing of customer and corporate documents.
- Ability to effectively articulate and communicate with customers, management, and employees.
- Ability to identify, develop, and effectively manage new departmental processes or improvements.
- Able to handle multiple tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work autonomously.
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Pay Range: $74,000 - $75,000 USD
